Integration assistance also includes assistance from the authorities, translations or help for women, which is provided by our administrative staff. Our admin team speak a total of eight languages and can thus ensure the necessary closeness to employees.
The mums are all supervised by our head mum Mercedes Vazquez – herself a mum. She is not only responsible for stand-in assignments, but also for the objective evaluation, induction and supervision of mums.

Even in the office, energy consumption is reduced to a minimum by timers and energy-efficient PCs. Furthermore, all our food in the shop comes from organic products.
