Two years ago I decided to employ a cleaning lady. At the beginning I wanted to have somebody every 2 weeks for 3 hours, because I was always orderly and my home was never really dirty. Mamiexpress.ch delivered at once the proper woman. Within a short period of time we employed her on a weekly basis, because everything was so clean and orderly after her visits, that the before-after difference was quite obvious. Today Maria belongs to our family. She helped me move, babysits my kids and in case I can't make it, she cleans also at my parents place.

Contrary to other cleaning companies I knew that the money I paid went straight to the Mami and she didn't have to work for a starvation wage. My office is bigger now after a year and Rosa is still a part of our team. You don't find such a clean office that often.

I have to admit, that I never really cared about ironing. But as a bank employee I have to deal with this issue. Every week I need 5 shirts and they are piling up quite fast. At the beginning I used the dry cleaner but you don't only have to bring and take the shirts all the time, it's also very expensive. Since I have Ursula with me I don't have these problems any more. She comes every 2 weeks for 1-2 hours and I can save the bothersome way to the dry cleaner.

Via mamiexpress.ch we found an all-round household manager. I live in a 4 party flat share and we have little time for the household. In the beginning we searched for an aide, but Natalia proved to be a natural. She is doing the shopping for us, takes our cloths home to be washed and even sews the buttons back to our shirts. In most cases I communicate directly with the Mami, but the customer service at mamiexpress works smoothly. Messages for the Mami are forwarded immediately.

I started working again this year. After my maternity leave it was very difficult to leave my kids at nursery, but a nanny would have been too expensive. A colleague suggested this service to me and I booked a trial with a Mami. Ms Künzli is retired but still full of energy. I can negotiate the days of her service directly with her. If I need her on short notice, I can just give her a call. She is very flexible in her work: if she needs to drive the kids to school or keep them for an evening at her home, that's absolutely no problem. My mother lives in Wallis and this way I am happy to have found a sort of replacement "Mami", who looks after my kids as if they were her own grandchildren.

We have year long experience with cleaning ladies. Our first one was suggested by friends and we hired her privately. The administrative overhead was too big though and when she was on vacation we had no cleaning service for several weeks. This was the reason we consulted a cleaning service agency. We tried two of them and were very disappointed. The women there are not motivated at all and are replaced constantly and as a client I could only talk to the agency. I could never arrange something directly with the cleaning lady (additional tasks, absence...). After the second try I swore to myself not to try an agency any more. Then I saw the report about mamiexpress.ch on Tele Züri and thought that it might not hurt to give it a try. I got an answer the same day to my request and after three days I had a test-date with our cleaning lady. Sandra is still young (28), but she is accurate, thorough and very reliable. Furthermore I can talk to the agency as well as with her and arrange appointments or additional tasks. Such a transparency is commendable.
